Flavio R. Bravo, Chairman of BRAVO Enterprises and CEO
of BRAVO Services
Flavio has actively nurtured and guided this successful
business through his strong work ethic, dynamic
leadership, and marketing strategies. Flavio began
his management career in the Ecuadorian airline industry
as a commercial pilot after finishing his studies at the
elite FAE (Air Force Academy of Ecuador). His
ability to lead and train others was honed during this
time. He immigrated to the United States in 1984
where he grew from early bookkeeper positions to
Controller positions. He relentlessy built BRAVO
from the ground up in his spare time and in 2000
established a full time presence for his company's
operations. Flavio brings over 20 years management
and tax specialist experience to BRAVO. Flavio's
key responsibilities include growth and development for
BRAVO nationwide. Concurrently, he actively
manages the Business Practice Group with primary
responsibility over Audit representation and protection. |

Leo D.
Bravo, CFO of BRAVO Enterprises and VP of Business
Development for BRAVO
Leo has been the cornerstone of BRAVO's business
development success. He masterminded the key
partnership between Palmer Financial, Inc. and BRAVO
Services. He expanded BRAVO beyond tax prep into
offering other financial services. Leo also
attended the elite FAE School and obtained scholarships
to train with the US Air Force. He began his
career in the Ecuadorian Air Force as a jet fighter
pilot. Leo brings over 30 years leadership and
management experience to BRAVO. Leo's key
responsibility is to develop new programs, research new
service offerings, and to grow the Service Partner
Programs Group. |

Warren D. Bravo, VP/Secretary of BRAVO Enterprises and
VP of Tax Practice for BRAVO
Warren is the key driver responsible for growing the tax
practice business. In one season alone, Warren
brought 500 new clients to BRAVO. His ability to
train and ramp-up tax specialists is critical to the
success of the Tax Practice for BRAVO. Warren
brings over 15 years management and 7 years of tax
specialist experience to BRAVO. Warren's key
responsibility is to ensure the Tax Practice, which
represents over 56% of company revenues, maintains its
market dominance. |

Catalina S. Bravo, VP of Operations & Policy
Catalina recently joined BRAVO after working in
senior management operations positions for IBM, Pepsi,
and Kyocera. She brings expertise in global and
national program implementations, supplier negotiations,
and strong strategic development for policy and
operations. Catalina drove multi-plant teams to
deliver millions of dollars in savings to corporate
bottom lines. She began her career in
international operations over 18 years ago. She
received her undergraduate degree from Emory University
and her MBA from Pennsylvania State University in
Operations Management & Logistics. Her key
responsibilities include operational deployment of new
offices, Human Resources and operations policy
development, and oversight of all company procurement
programs. |
